Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm a vegetarian? Vegan? Gluten Free? Dairy Free? Can I still follow your nutrition plan?
The short answer is: YES! The longer answer is: Not to overshare, but personally, I tend to stay away from gluten and dairy as I've noticed it brings on an inflammatory response in my own body. For me, high quality animal proteins are an important part of a balanced diet. As such, my program is geared towards people who also eat meat. But you can certainly make substitutions if you don't eat meat, fish, or eggs for any reason. As long as you fill up on whole, unprocessed foods, the principles I promote don't change with personal dietary restrictions.
What if I don't know how to cook?
Included in this course is my recipe e-book Cook Like A Boss. Even people who aren't super confident in the kitchen have told me that the dishes it recommends are simple enough to follow and taste great! But, If cooking really isn't your thing and you live in a city, based on the knowledge you'll gain in this course you'll be able to wise choose a meal delivery service to subscribe to, and supplement with take-out options in your area. This is obviously a more expensive way to eat, but with the foundational nutrition principles you'll learn here, you can avoid cooking and still be successful.
What if I need more support and accountability to stay on track. I'm not sure I can do this by myself.
